Registering
-
All users must register with appropriate and respectful usernames. Your username must not include profanity, hate speech, impersonation of others, advertising, or misleading terms intended to confuse members or staff. Names that mimic staff titles (e.g., “Admin,” “Moderator,” “Official,” etc.) are prohibited unless officially assigned by the forum administrators.
Usernames should reflect a professional or community-appropriate identity. You may use your real name, a professional alias, or a neutral handle, but all must comply with our community standards of respect and decency.
If a username violates this policy, forum staff may edit, suspend, or delete the account without prior notice. Repeat violations may result in a permanent ban. # -
Each individual is permitted to have only one active account on the NM TASERS And More Training LLC Forum. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts (“alts,” “sock puppets,” or duplicate profiles) is strictly prohibited.
Multiple accounts create confusion, disrupt discussions, and may be used to evade warnings, suspensions, or bans. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of all associated accounts.
If you experience technical issues accessing your account or need a username change, contact the forum administrators for assistance instead of creating a new profile. Exceptions to this rule may only be granted with written approval from an administrator. # -
All members must provide truthful and accurate information when registering and participating on the NM TASERS And More Training LLC Forum. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, and any details shared in your profile or during discussions.
Knowingly providing false, misleading, or deceptive information may result in suspension or permanent removal from the forum. Accurate information ensures trust, accountability, and safety among all members—especially in professional discussions related to training, security, and safety topics.
Users who are found to have falsified registration details or misrepresented credentials may be required to verify their information before their account access is restored. #

- Moderators and administrators may edit, lock, move, or delete posts that violate forum rules. Their decisions are final. Publicly arguing moderation actions is prohibited. #
- Members may receive warnings for rule violations. Repeated offenses or serious misconduct can result in temporary or permanent suspension. #
- If you see a rule violation, use the “Report” feature or contact a moderator. Do not engage in public arguments with the violator. #
- Moderators are representatives of NM TASERS And More Training LLC Forum and must conduct themselves with professionalism at all times. They are expected to be fair, respectful, and neutral when handling member interactions, ensuring that personal opinions or emotions do not influence moderation actions. #
- Moderators are responsible for enforcing all forum rules consistently and without bias. This includes issuing warnings, editing or removing posts that violate policies, and reporting serious or repeated violations to administrators. Moderators must never create or enforce “unwritten rules” outside of what is officially published. #
- Moderators should communicate clearly and respectfully with members when taking moderation actions. Whenever possible, provide a brief explanation when editing, moving, or removing a post. Moderators are also encouraged to work as a team, informing other staff of actions taken to maintain transparency and consistency. #

- Moderators are expected to set an example for all members. They should follow all forum rules themselves, use professional language, and promote a positive, helpful community environment. Disrespectful or unprofessional conduct by a moderator reflects negatively on the entire forum and may lead to removal from staff. #
- Moderators serve at the discretion of the forum administration. Failure to follow these rules or repeated misuse of moderator privileges may result in removal from the moderator team. Moderators wishing to resign should provide notice to administrators so transitions can be handled smoothly. #
